A month-long Western shop built for discovery, customization and the kind of fairground memory guests carry home.
The objective was to establish SHEIN as the go-to destination for Western-inspired fashion through a month-long branded experience at the State Fair of Texas — driving engagement and amplifying the brand's social presence at one of the country's largest fairs.
BMF brought the SHEIN Saloon to life as an immersive pop-up shop where guests browsed Western outfits, personalized their looks with embroidery and airbrush tattoos, posed in a photo booth, played cornhole and enjoyed custom SHEIN popsicles.
The pop-up worked as a complete Western retail environment rather than a single photo moment—moving guests naturally from browsing to personalization to a final souvenir.
Guests entered a fully immersive Western shop stocked with curated SHEIN outfits and accessories. The retail system kept preferred styles and sizes ready, making the path from discovery to try-on to purchase feel effortless.

On-the-spot embroidery and airbrush tattoos turned every purchase into something personal. The stations were designed for a steady fairground flow while keeping the transformation visible and memorable.

Guests began with Western apparel, bandanas and accessories from the Saloon floor.

Embroidery and airbrush stations finished every look on site and made each piece unmistakably personal.
A fully branded pop-up where Western fashion became personal, playful and shareable.
A Western-inspired photo booth, custom SHEIN popsicles and gifts with purchase turned the visit into something guests could hold onto — a portrait, a treat and one final piece of State Fair fun.
