Women in AI Summit
A visual identity carried from the Webster Hall marquee to the stage for The Female Quotient's first summit dedicated to women shaping AI.

The Female Quotient brought leaders across technology, media and business together at Webster Hall for its inaugural Women in AI Summit. The visual task was to make a landmark music venue feel contemporary, feminine and credible in equal measure.
Within BMF's creative team, the design contribution translated a rose, ivory and obsidian palette into a venue-wide system spanning the marquee, environmental graphics, sponsor integrations, stage surfaces and hospitality details—without losing the character of the building.
Women shaping the future of AI.
From street
to stage
The identity began outside on one of New York's most recognizable marquees, then moved through the room as a consistent field of rose light, warm neutrals, reflective metal and bold typographic cues.

One voice,
every surface
A flexible system balanced the FQ identity with attn: and partner marks across photo moments, interactive programming and service touchpoints.

Built for the
conversation
The stage system created a recognizable visual frame for a full day of programming while staying quiet enough to keep the speakers at the center.

Large-format side panels, soft-pink screen graphics, reflective accents, sculptural furniture and greenery carried the identity to every seat in the house.

Carried through
the last touchpoint
Hospitality became part of the identity through illuminated counter graphics, tonal carts, acrylic menus and consistent production artwork.

The summit
in motion
Two social films capture the system in use—from arrivals and programming to the summit's central challenge: a future where women help shape AI.
A woman alone has power. Together, we have impact.
